TEAM TOTAL RANKING RULES/CRITERIA: To field a legitimate amateur five (5) player team, the sum total of the team’s Skill Level rankings may not exceed Twenty-Six (26) in the VIP “8-Ball” and "9-Ball" Leagues, and Thirty-Three (33) in the “8-Ball Scotch Doubles" League. A team can shoot their players in any order they choose as long as the “Team Total Ranking Rules/Criteria” is not violated.

ALL NEW PLAYERS will start under the "KNOWN PLAYER RULE". Even if a new player has a Skill Level Ranking (or “Handicap”) in another league, the Team Captain must assign the new player’s ranking in a fair, sportsmanlike manner, based on his/her knowledge of the player’s skill when compared to existing VIP League players. PLAYER SKILL LEVEL RANKINGS MAY BE SUBJECT TO “VOTE” BY THE VIP LEAGUE "TEAM CAPTAINS COMMITTEE".

LEAGUE MEMBERSHIP IS $25.00 PER PLAYER
AND MUST BE PAID “PRIOR TO LEAGUE PLAY”.

PLEASE NOTE: TO BE ELIGIBLE TO PLAY A VIP LEAGUE MATCH, A PLAYER’S “INDIVIDUAL” MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETED AND SIGNED & THE $25 MEMBERSHIP FEE MUST BE PAID “PRIOR TO LEAGUE PLAY”. MEMBERSHIP APPLICATIONS WILL BE ENCLOSED IN WEEKLY PAPERWORK ENVELOPES.
